Movie based on underwater metropolis, similar to BioShock? - underwater movie projection

I saw a trailer for the recent film, which reminds me a lot of Bioshock, but I can not remember a film. Someone knows what I mean?

    Water World is a bit like that. It would have been Atlantis? that's all I can think of

    Hey Zach,

    There are so many movies. There will be a Bioshock movie in 2010, which is also based on Bioshock 3rd
